I finished the Empath survival course. So much information, I will definitely be going back to individual modules. Wondering if there is a way to introduce some or all of this to some of my fellow Probation Officers. We deal with alot of clients that drag us down. I thought this could help them identify potentialred flags and reset themselves.

So - I put my Sanity in the Asylum "course" to public. This will essentially be a video diary of my journey so far with the hope that some of what I share .. the lessons learned, the impact that the paranormal can have on you and your loved ones, your sanity, your job, and more .. can be real. It will be a mix of the personal and the business end. This path that was put in front of me, how it was shaped and steered (a lot of which Sara has a lot to do with), and where the growth happened as well as where there were some serious miscalculations. This first video is long. It is raw - maybe a little emotional. I do not know if I will keep it public (free) or not. The deeper down the rabbit hole we go with it - the more wild the story becomes. Anyway - this video (29 min I think) is a primer for what will come over the next 8 to 10 weeks. You may watch me unravel in real time - or you may walk away with some wisdom. I don't know yet.

When you hear the word “paranormal,” what’s the FIRST thing that comes to mind—and why?

Have you really stopped to think about locations? Not just the famous, but the types that are out there to offer you a space to explore and experience? Now have you stopped to think about the pros and cons of each type? We often go where we have seen on TV, social media and more. But if we want to be the best investigators and explorers of the unknown, starting with how we pick our locations should be given the same attention as the investigations themselves. Our question to you is: do you tend to choose based on popularity? Begin with intention, stay aware in the moment, and the after will make sense. - Sara
