Unlocking my own potential

I have been working through the classroom and just had the greatest wake-up call - 'IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF -HOW DO YOU EXPECT YOUR HORSE TO?"'

Wow - that just hit home in a big way. As a people pleaser and also someone who has always struggled to find her own voice I find that I need to work on myself before trying to work on a 600kg horse!

If have really been working on my self-confidence and my inner voice before going to my horse or getting to work with him.

I always tend to put myself on the back-burner - because other people are more important than me or my well-being. But I realize that I need to believe in myself en be comfortable in my skin in order for me to unlock my own potential as well
