🗒️A little love for checklists (and why they can work)...
💛 Hello beautiful peeps,
how's your Sunday going?
If you’ve been around here a bit, you might’ve noticed I’m a bit of a checklist kind of girl!
And if you’re not, that’s totally okay. 😍
That said, I’ll gently encourage you to try it.
For me, checklists help create patterns, visual pathways and clear but flexible plan.
And as we all know…horses thrive on patterns (good ones) and constantly remind us to be flexible.
When our thinking is clearer, our timing and communication usually are too.
You don’t have to be rigid or perfectionist about it. Even a rough list, a few bullet points, or a note on your phone can help bring focus and calm into a session.
👉 If you did not ask for access to Classroom - Part 2 yet, I encourage you to do so coz this is where you will meet one of my first checklists encouraging you to plan your dreams and goals with your horses.
When you reach and unlock Level 2 - Get Good ➜ Discovery - there you will find two eBook checklists of which have been life changing for many of my students because it gives you an immediate focus and plan of what is achievable.
Check out the poll below, each point counts to new unlocks and you are welcome to expand your thoughts in the comments - I’m always curious how different brains like to work.
