Checking in with the room. Something this week reminded me: consistency isn't about speed. It's about knowing what season you're in and giving that season what it asks of you. So here's my question: what season are you in right now, and what's one thing it's asking of you this week?

If you've worked through Month 1: Awareness, you've done something most people skip — you slowed down and got honest about where you are. That clarity is the foundation everything else builds on. If you want help applying it — to your leadership, your business, or a specific challenge you're facing — I offer a 15-minute clarity call. No pitch, just a real conversation about where you are and what would help. You can book one here: https://calendly.com/george-d-mata/intro-call. For those who want deeper work, I also run a 90-day leadership performance foundation built on the Four Seasons Method. Message me if you're curious. Either way — keep going. Awareness is only the first season.

What is one win, one lesson, and one adjustment you'll carry forward?
