Anytime I come across a song that empowers me whether it's motivational and powerful or calm and inspiring, I want to share it. So here, I am going to share the music that lifts me up, pushes me through or just helps me remember who I am and what I am here for. There will be a lot! Next Chapter Challenge - Day 1
Something that energizes me is to go out with a good group of friends and just talk about whatever. I know I said just one thing from column A but another thing that really energizes me is to go for a brisk walk, hike or a bike ride. I love getting active outdoors!

What gives you energy?
Its funny that the things that give me energy are the things I tend to resist doing. But I have NEVER regretted doing them. My elliptical is in my living room and I must have my workout clothes ready to change into and water bottle filled. And an inspiring video or uplifting music. And its alot. But SOOO worth it! What gives you energy? What's the recipe? 👇

I Almost Quit Before I Even Started (Many Times)
There are many days when I just couldn't. Exhausted from work. Brain fog. Sat down to work on my business and... nothing. Couldn't think. Couldn't create. Just stared at the screen for a few minutes before turning on Netflix. So many times, thoughts like these would pour in: "Maybe I'm too old for this. Maybe I don't have what it takes. Maybe I should just settle for the life I have." But one day I realized something. It wasn't my age. It wasn't my ideas. It wasn't even my fear. I was just running on empty. I'd gotten used to skipping breakfast. I was too comfortable to move. I spent a lot of time scrolling, searching for that next "thing" and I was living on coffee and stress. I was always trying to figure out what I was missing. Why couldn't I move forward? And what I needed was fuel; I needed movement and nutrition. Thats it. I started by just doing 20 minutes of cardio in the mornings. 20 minutes. That's it. And things started to shift. And then I added fresh green juice and started to remove energy suckers from of my life. My energy increased and I could think again. I had ideas! And I started to feel excited to work on my side projects again! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Your business is only as strong as the body and mind running it. You can't pour from an empty cup. All the clichés are true.
