We’re Looking for an Appointment Setter!

We’re expanding our team and looking to bring on an appointment setter to help us handle PPC inbound calls and SMS marketing follow-ups.

We’re currently operating at six figures per month and focused on building consistency and long-term growth. The goal is simple: make sure we have the right people around us as we scale.

What this role looks like:

• Taking inbound PPC calls

• Handling SMS follow-ups with motivated sellers

• Qualifying leads and setting appointments

• Working directly with an active real estate operation

Who this is for:

• Someone just getting started in real estate or in sales

• Hungry, coachable, and reliable

• Good communicator and comfortable talking to sellers

• Wants to be part of an A-player team and grow with us

We’ll be doing group interviews next week, but before that, I want to run a few 1-on-1 interviews with people who are genuinely interested and serious about learning.
