I’m looking for 1–2 hungry, coachable people who want to break into real estate investing and sales.
The Role:
- Call and text inbound leads
- Pre-qualify motivated sellers
- Set appointments for me (the closer)
- Simple CRM updates (super easy to learn)
Compensation:
- Commission Only — 5% of every closed deal you help generate
- (Example: If a deal closes for $20K, you make $1,000)
- Paid after closing — no cap on income

📈 Daily Expectations:
- 30–50 calls/day
- 2 qualified leads/day minimum
- CRM notes updated daily
- Follow proven systems first, then innovate later
