My First Genesis Member got 2 deals He is 20 years old....

I remember when I first started this community, I was focused on creating a genuine, no-fluff group where I could share the flaws and wins of my business and help people achieve consistency in their deal flow or at the very least, land their first deal. I pushed out free YouTube videos, all filmed on my iPhone with terrible thumbnails, haha.

This video here is special to me because a 20-year-old kid from Tulsa, Oklahoma, believed in me as much as I believed in him! He was my first paid Genesis member, and I’m beyond grateful for him. His skill set at the start was far from sales I remember when he was scared to call a realtor. Fast forward six months later, through trials and tribulation in this business, he managed to crank out two wholesale deals. This guy came from a construction background, which fueled his grit and determination. What’s truly inspiring is the growth and mindset he’s developed over these past months, and I know he’s aiming for more.
