Just closed a deal today and netted $32K after fees!
This one was in Miami, sourced through my dad who had a friend looking for a quick cash sale. This was also my first double close and I learned a lot!
I’m actively looking for more deals in Massachusetts, Connecticut, South Florida, and Michigan. If you’ve got anything lmk lets work!
