We're looking for our next superstar salesperson for our growing real estate organization.

Above all else we're looking for someone that's relentlessly hungry and is in a phase of their life where they just want to work really freaking hard. Self-sufficiency and self-mastery are only a couple of the characteristics we're looking for in a person. You need to be a culture-fit to the energy and the ambition the team has. Of course you will be taught everything you need to know and prepared for success, but ultimately, the type of person you are will determine whether or not you make it.

The Offer & Requirements

Base Salary: $1,500/month
Commission: 2.5% on closed revenue (Target OTE: $3,000–$5,000+/mo)
Daily Workload: Minimum 100 dials per day (Non-negotiable)
Location: Remote (If Overseas — MUST speak fluent, near-native English and align with US business hours)
Setup: Quiet workspace, noise-canceling headset, and fast hardwired internet
