Thanks for being here, I'm Larry Maguire, and I made this space to share tutorials and tools to help you integrate Generative AI with your work and business. I realise we are small numbers and that things are quiet, but I expect that will change as the numbers grow and content begins to build. I also recognise that I may just be another random bloke on the internet and trust takes time. So, sharing here a little about your's truly... I am a work and organisational psychologist and I'm primarily interested in the behaviour and performance of people at work (paid, voluntary, pastimes, sport, etc). I work with people one-to-one on career and business goals and challenges, and deliver workshops and talks on leadership, culture, wellbeing and performance in the workplace. Before psychology, I owned and operated an SME in the engineering and construction industry. The business focused upon electrical and electronic systems such as home automation, audiovisual systems, security systems, electrical and mechanical controls, and systems integration. Technology inevitably enters the already complex people-work equation, and artificial intelligence is reshaping work, whether we like it or not. Interestingly, I'm not entirely sure people really want this new technology. Business leaders seem to be forcing it upon us. That said, it's here, and it's unlikely to disappear anytime soon. So my work today involves bridging the gap between people and technology, and I have created the space on Skool to share what I've learned and to help you develop the skills you need to survive and thrive in this rapidly changing workplace. I live in Dublin, Ireland with my wife and three children, two of whom are young adults now...tempus fugit! as the fella says... Anyway, glad you're here and I hope you get value from the content.
