Hello Afanaci and community, thank you for inviting me to this community. My name is Royce, I'm alot of things like father, brother, husband, hypnotist, coach, massage therapist and all around good guy. Looking forward to learning and growing, sharing and becoming.

GCL's purpose is not completely defined yet until we tailor it to something specific in time to come. For now the groups purpose will be to share our ideas on ONLY practical knowledge on creating optimal health, keeping eachothers drives and hunger for something more than ourselves up, and figuring out how we can tap into more of our unlimited potential that we know we have.
