New Home Study Masterclass Available Now!
Gator University is pleased to offer a FREE home study masterclass: Treatment Planning and Progress Notes: Evolving from A Salamander to A Gator Clinical documentation is too often taught as a compliance requirement rather than a clinical skill something clinicians tolerate rather than use. This masterclass reframes treatment planning and progress notes as an extension of clinical reasoning: a continuous narrative connecting who the client is, what the clinician is doing about it, and how anyone can prove that the work is both necessary and effective. Participants will move through the full documentation lifecycle history and origin, purpose, assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes leaving with language, templates, and practiced habits they can apply to their very next chart note. Upon completion, participants will be able to: ✔️ Describe the historical development of clinical documentation, assessment and goal development. ✔️ Identify the core components of a biopsychosocial assessment and link assessment findings directly to diagnosis and treatment goals. ✔️ Construct measurable, client-centered, collaboratively developed treatment goals and objectives. ✔️ Write progress notes that document medical necessity, clinical reasoning, risk, and progress toward treatment plan goals using SOAP, DAP, or BIRP formats. Presenter: Dr. Jason Branch, LPC, ACS, NCC Navigate to the Classroom tab to complete the home study masterclass now! Certificates of completion are available to participants who watch the full masterclass video and complete both the program assessment and program evaluation. Partial credit will not be issued. If you watch the full masterclass video and complete both the program assessment and program evaluation, Gator University will issue a certificate of completion via email within 21 business days of completion.

New Episode Alert! 🔥🔥🔥
https://youtu.be/7LZLKi0dnpE?si=56-QhavU5sfxscgg In this late-night solo episode of the 3 Parallels Podcast, Dr. Jason Branch takes a walk through Branch Park at Gator University and discovers something he was not expecting to find: evidence that he has been healing. He noticed the basketball nets were gone from the rims at a park near his campus. He decided he and his sons would come back and put them up. What started as a simple act became something much larger — a reminder about what it means to give someone something you wish you had been given. And then on the walk back, a couple ran toward him in the dark, and he realized he did not brace for impact. That quiet absence was the proof. 📖 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN Dr. Branch takes you on a late-night walk through what healing looks like when it is not dramatic — and into the question of what it means to keep building, keep choosing, and keep putting the net back up for the next person. In this episode: What healing looks like when it is not a breakthrough — the moment you notice you did not react the way you used to, and why that absence is the evidence. The basketball court as a metaphor for legacy: doing something for someone that you wish someone had done for you Iyanla Vanzant's lesson (from Cam Newton's Freaky Friday Podcast) on moving from chasing money to chasing yourself — and what Dr. Branch's five-year commitment to this podcast has to do with that shift What it means to be a Black man in the South, walking at night, and the quiet miracle of a body that no longer braces for impact This episode is not about basketball. It is about becoming. Not a perfect version. Not a finished version. Just a more grounded, intentional, and present one. 🔗 Referenced in This Episode Freaky Friday Podcast — Cam Newton & Iyanla Vanzant → Yo Mama's Restaurant — Birmingham, Alabama → 💡 LIFE WORK Life Work #1 — Put the Net Back Up: Do something for someone that you wish someone had done for you. New Episode Alert 🚨 🔥🔥🔥
Healing and wellness are at the cornerstone of Gator University. You’re here because you decided to invest in yourself and in others. And I believe you will always get a return on that investment. Sometimes that return shows up immediately. Sometimes it shows up years later. Either way, the investment matters. This episode of The 3 Parallels Podcast speaks directly to that idea. Sometimes we spend so much energy looking externally for the answer. People. Places. Things. Validation. Direction. But the shift happens when you turn your attention inward. Self. Me. Mine. Who I am now. If you’re still trying to find your way, maybe looking within will give you a clue. So here’s your Gator challenge for today: Do something you’ve never done before. Step outside of your comfort zone. Try something different. Have the conversation. Take the walk. Make the call. Start the thing. You don’t have to know exactly where it will lead. That’s the point. Invest in yourself today. The return may come sooner than you think, or years from now. That is it. That is all. 🐊 🎙️ Watch the latest episode of The 3 Parallels Podcast: https://youtu.be/xAB4qysb5LQ

Experiential Lab Session 💜🙏🏾🔥🐊
Tomorrow’s Gator Lab is going to look a little different. 🐊 Instead of our usual Lab, I want us to do something we’ve never done before. Nothing major. Nothing complicated. Just one small action that moves you closer to the person you’re becoming. D.U.N. = Different. Uncomfortable. New Choose one small thing that I’never done before, or something I’ve been putting off because it feels uncomfortable. Then I’m going to do it. And I want you to do the same. Your challenge: Do ONE thing tomorrow that is outside your normal routine. It could be: • Try something new • Start the conversation • Take a different route • Go somewhere you’ve never been • Create something • Move your body differently • Make a decision you’ve been avoiding • Give yourself permission to do something just for you Nothing major. The point isn’t what you do. The point is proving to yourself that you are capable of doing something different. Then come back to Tha Lab and post a picture of your D.U.N. Moment. No explanation required. Just: “Here’s my D.U.N. Moment.” Let’s see what happens when we stop talking about becoming and actually practice becoming. 🐊 Gator Mode.

🔥 NEW EPISODE ALERT! 🔥
What happens when you give yourself permission to become something you have never been before? In this episode of The 3 Parallels Podcast, Dr. Jason Branch sits down with his longtime friend and colleague, Dr. Alfredo Palacios: professor, therapist, researcher, podcaster, entrepreneur, and psychedelic assisted therapy pioneer. This conversation is about curiosity, courage, evolution, elevation, and transformation. From growing hot peppers as a doctoral mindfulness practice, to launching a university funded podcast before anyone else was doing it, to designing hats through Theory of Caps, to pioneering psychedelic assisted therapy as a man of color, Alfredo’s life is a masterclass in what happens when you stop assuming you are finished becoming. Sometimes evolution starts with curiosity. Sometimes elevation starts with a decision. And sometimes transformation starts when you simply give yourself permission to ask: “What else could I become?” 🎙️ Tune in. Get your cup filled. There are so many levels and layers to this conversation. 👉 https://youtu.be/WvO7tSB6J4g?is=o2i0CVFefEkoujcm Who We Were. Who We Are.
