Every day in February, do ONE thing youโ€™ve been avoiding, afraid to do, or said you would do but have not just yet. This is the month to get ish done. This is the month to work towards becoming HIM, HER, THEM!
Challenge: It must feel slightly uncomfortable. (D.U.N.) Different, uncomfortable, new
Examples:
Send that email.
Make that phone call.
Plan that workout.
Have that courageous conversation.
Eat that healthy meal
Complete that task you keep pushing off.
After you complete the activity, post:
What you did?
What resistance you felt?
What did you learn?
No zero days. No hiding.

Drop โ€œNo Excusesโ€ if youโ€™re in. Letโ€™s work.
