This is the private implementation group for the OWNR OPS Accelerator – a 16‑week program where we install a simple operating system in your land‑clearing / forestry‑mulching business so you can grow from chaotic sub‑$40k months to consistent $40k–$100k+/month on purpose.
You’re not here to “learn more.” You’re here to build and run one OS:
- PRICE – crew‑day pricing, job‑costing, profit floors
- PIPELINE – Google + Facebook + CRM + follow‑up, phone & job‑walk scripts
- PLAYBOOK – weekly scoreboard, scheduling/backlog rules, simple org chart & hiring
How it works:
- Saturday Training (7am MST): build that week’s system live
- Tuesday Q&A (11am MST): hot seats, screenshares, stuck points
- Classroom: trainings, replays, templates, calculators
- Community: scoreboards, questions, wins
