DAILY DISCIPLINE — STEADYING YOUR MIND
Most men don’t lack belief.
They lack control over what they let sit in their mind.
You don’t drift because you’ve rejected God.
You drift because your thoughts are undirected.
You are not led by your thoughts.
In Christ, you are called to take them captive.
Today’s Discipline (5–10 minutes)
Sit in silence.
Take one verse you already know (or a simple truth like “The Lord is my shepherd”).
Repeat it slowly.
When your mind wanders, bring it back—without frustration.
Why This Matters
A scattered mind leads to a scattered life.
A trained mind builds steadiness, clarity, and self-control.
Carry This Today
You don’t follow every thought.
You choose what leads you.
