Welcome!
Hello everyone! My name is Jennifer, and I am from southern WV, and gardening zone 7a. I welcome each of you to my little corner. I am not really a beginner, but I have a lot to learn as well. I have been growing flowers for years, but this year my husband and I have transitioned to a vegetable garden as well. I encourage you to introduce yourself to the group and post where you are from, if you are a beginner or more advanced, and which gardening zone you are in. If you want to, share a picture of your favorite flower/vegetable plant.

Spring planting
Started shopping today and collected quite a few things to begin my spring planting! Worm castings, seed starting soil, planters, seeds, etc. I cannot wait to get started this week! What has everyone else got to start?

Cover Crops sprouting
I started my cover crops last fall, first time doing this, so I was unsure how it would turn out or even if it would sprout. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I got into the car. I looked over and saw my Hairy Vetch blooming. Maybe after the awful fall/winter I had, this is a sign I was doing something right.
