This is it. We're officially in the final stretch. At this point, every hour matters, so I'm trying to cut out anything that distracts me or wastes my time. These last few days are going to disappear so quickly, and before we know it, we'll be walking out of the SAT testing center wondering where all that preparation went. This is my first SAT, and honestly, I want it to be my last. I don't want to walk out thinking, "I'll just take the September one." I want to know that when I sat down on test day, I gave it everything I had. That's why I'm giving these final days everything I can. I've said this before, but I'll say it again: once I finish the Reading & Writing section, I want to know that I did everything I could to prepare for it. Math is feeling pretty comfortable for me at this point, but Reading & Writing takes a completely different kind of energy. Those reading passages need enough brainpower to power a whole fridge, dude. But we've come this far, and now we have to finish the job. Honestly, I feel like I'm writing the final chapter of some dramatic story here, but hopefully this one has a happy ending for all of us. To everyone taking the August SAT: stay focused, trust your preparation, and give it everything you've got. I'll see you all on the other side.
