Upon a comprehensive evaluation of the evidence provided, it is evident that Jason MUST formally recognize his constructive contribution to this community. However, the delibaration reguarding is departure is a separate concern.

Having weighed every perspective, I have determined that Jason's departure is untendable. An individual of such profound influence is indispensable. His absence would lead to the destabilization of our community. Bonds of friendship should not be forfeited in favor of a simple promise.
