Asking help while I am stagnant in reading and writing.

I am a student from Asia and achieved a score of 101 on the TOEFL exam. I took my first weekend SAT on August after dedicating two months to preparation, and I scored 1430. Recently, I have been practicing with various exams and focusing on specific reading and writing questions. I've noticed only slight improvements in those areas, which has left me feeling a bit anxious as my second official exam in December approaches.

I would love to hear if you've faced similar challenges and how you've managed to overcome them. Any advice or tips you could share would be greatly appreciated!
