Looking for an outside perspective on a long-term dynamic with a female coworker and my plan to transition off the clock.
The Situation:
Flirtatious Banter: She loves to tease me and joke around—joking that we’re "beefing" or acting dramatically mad for two seconds just to make me laugh before breaking into a big smile.
Heavy Physical & Verbal Signals: She singles me out with warm hugs, touches my back/shoulders, and directly tells me she misses me whenever I’m away from work.
The Environment: High-gossip setting, so I’ve kept everything low-key and quiet to avoid warehouse drama.
My Execution Plan:
During a quiet moment on our next shift, I’m going to casually bring up Instagram and ask for her handle so we can start talking off the clock in a private space.
