☯️ Life Areas
When I started studying, I was unbalanced.
  • I stopped exercising to study.
  • I stopped hanging out with friends to earn money.
  • I stopped playing games because I didn’t have the time.
Now, I joined a startup, learn every day, and spend time with loved ones.
I even have time to play volleyball, dance, and enjoy video games.
How is this possible with less time?
The secret is to align your different areas of life.
Instead of thinking of work-life balance, I think of a balance between all areas of life.
The best part is that improving one area improves all others.
Here is an example of how each area improves my career:
  1. 💪 Body: By working out and eating healthy, I have more energy and am sick less often.
  2. 🧠 Mind: By reading books and training my strategic thinking, I make better decisions.
  3. ♾️ Soul: By meditating and getting in a state of flow, I am more creative and calm.
  4. 🏆 Self: By journaling and reflecting on my journey, I am more confident and authentic.
  5. ❤️ Love: My relationship helps me be more empathetic and understanding.
  6. 🏡 Family: My family gives me security and support whenever I need it.
  7. 👥 Friends: My friends improve my communication and make up my network.
  8. 💼 Career: By setting goals and managing my time, I stay focused and achieve more.
  9. 🚀 Purpose: By following my vision, I create a better future for everyone I touch.
  10. 🌌 Reality: By staying updated with technology and trends, I stay relevant and innovative
Balance looks different for everyone, and you may have different areas.
I learned the concept first from Lifebook, which has 12 different areas.
But the most important thing is that you find alignment between your areas.
My life is more balanced today because I combine as many areas as possible.
