Five years ago, I had a bit of an epiphany.
I’d devour books, articles—anything I could get my hands on.
But just a couple of days later, if someone asked me about it, I’d fumble around, mumbling incoherently. Not exactly ideal.
It dawned on me that I was still learning the way I was taught in school:
Cramming information without any focus on retention.
I was consuming content but not truly absorbing it.
So, I decided to switch things up.
After diving into some research, I began organizing my knowledge.
At first, I summarized everything into one massive Google Doc.
But when it ballooned to 600 pages, it became a nightmare to navigate.
That’s when I discovered Notion and started using it to organize everything.
And by everything, I mean EVERYTHING.
As you can see below, it’s pretty comprehensive.
First, I break down different areas to explain what I mean by the “🧠 Mind.”
Then, I outline my vision, guides, quests, and ideas.
(I delve into all of this in more detail in the Notion Course.)
Next, I dive into the playbook and explore some of the most fascinating topics about the 🧠 Mind:
• Brain Waves
• Mind Palace
• IQ
• Pareto Principle
• Learning How to Learn
• Project-Based Learning
• Future of Education
Of course, this is all a work in progress.
I don’t think it’ll ever be “done” or “perfect,” but it gets better with each iteration.
Almost every day, I host a workshop on a different area of life.
This is the only recording I’ll share here directly in the community.
For the others, you’ll need to either join live or reach Level 5.
To answer the question from above:
Can you actually remember everything you learned?
I can't but notion can.
Hope you find this productive and meaningful.
