Welcome to G3: Grace • Grit • Gratitude.
I’m really glad you’re here. Hi, I'm Jamie. Before anything else, I want to tell you why this space exists. Because for a long time, I believed what a lot of people believe: That if I just tried harder… stayed more disciplined… pushed more… things would change. But the truth is—real change doesn’t start with pressure. It starts with understanding. Over the years, as an educator, researcher, and someone who has walked through real-life challenges, I’ve learned something powerful: most people don’t struggle because they’re incapable. They struggle because they’ve never been taught how their mind actually works– they’re carrying stress, pressure, or past experiences that affect how they show up– and they’re trying to fix everything with motivation alone. That’s where G3 comes in. This space is built on three things: ✨ Grace — learning to understand yourself without shame 💪 Grit — building strength, discipline, and follow-through 🙏Gratitude — training your mind to see differently and move forward This is not about being perfect. This is about becoming stronger, clearer, and more in control of your life. 💬 To get started, I’d love to hear from you: What’s one thing you’re currently working on improving in your life? (mentally, emotionally, habits, focus. lifestyle, faith, family, learning —anything) Drop it below 👇 or participate in the poll...or both! I’m here with you friend.

Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t the situation… It’s the people.
When someone is trying to hurt you, misunderstand you, or tear you down, it’s easy to react, spiral, or lose your peace. But here’s the truth: 👉 You don’t have to match their energy. 👉 You don’t have to believe what they say about you. 👉 You don’t have to lose yourself in the process. Isaiah 54:17 reminds us: “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” That doesn’t mean attacks won’t come. It means the attacker doesn't get to win. And science backs this up: when you pause instead of react, you move out of survival mode and back into strength, clarity, and control. 💡 G3 Shift: ✨ Grace — acknowledge what you feel 💪 Grit — choose your response 🙏 Gratitude — stay anchored in truth If you’re walking through something like this right now… I made this episode for you. 🎙️ Inside, I break down: – how to stay strong when someone is against you – how to protect your mindset – and how to respond with power, not reaction 👉 Watch the full video + go deeper inside G3 Premium. This is where we stop reacting…and start becoming unshakable.

Focus Friday - What do you see first?
Let’s test your perception… Look at the image below 👇 What do you see first? (SCROLL DOWN NOW, THEN COME BACK HERE AND READ THE REST...NO CHEATING!) Did you see... 👥 Two faces 🏺 A vase (No overthinking—just your first instinct) Here’s what that might say about how your mind works: 👥 If you saw the faces first: You may naturally focus on people, relationships, and emotions. You tend to notice expressions, energy, and connection 🏺 If you saw the vase first: You may naturally focus on the big picture and structure. You tend to see the whole before the details 💡 G3 Insight: Both are in the image at the same time. But your brain chooses what to focus on first. 👉 That’s powerful. Because the same thing happens in your life: – In a situation, do you see the problem… or the possibility? – In a challenge, do you see the stress… or the opportunity? Your focus shapes your experience. And the best part? You can train your mind to shift what it sees. 💬 Drop your answer below: faces or vase? And tell me—do you feel like that description fits you?

You Don't Have a Motivation Problem.
Most people think they have a motivation problem. They don’t. They have a starting problem. Here’s a quick shift that can change everything: 👉 Stop trying to do everything 👉 Start with just 10 minutes This is called the 10-Minute Rule: Pick ONE thing you’ve been avoiding. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Start (even if you don’t feel ready) That’s it. Why this works: 🧠 Your brain resists big tasks, but it will allow small ones...And once you start… momentum kicks in. Most people don’t fail because they can’t do the work. They fail because they never begin. 💬 Your turn: What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you can start and work on for 10 minutes today? Drop it below 👇 Remember: Done is better than perfect. Start messy.
