I’m really glad you’re here. Hi, I'm Jamie. Before anything else, I want to tell you why this space exists. Because for a long time, I believed what a lot of people believe: That if I just tried harder… stayed more disciplined… pushed more… things would change. But the truth is—real change doesn’t start with pressure. It starts with understanding. Over the years, as an educator, researcher, and someone who has walked through real-life challenges, I’ve learned something powerful: most people don’t struggle because they’re incapable. They struggle because they’ve never been taught how their mind actually works– they’re carrying stress, pressure, or past experiences that affect how they show up– and they’re trying to fix everything with motivation alone. That’s where G3 comes in. This space is built on three things: ✨ Grace — learning to understand yourself without shame 💪 Grit — building strength, discipline, and follow-through 🙏Gratitude — training your mind to see differently and move forward This is not about being perfect.
