Weekly reflection isn't just a good habit — it's a performance booster.
At the end of each week, I take 15–20 minutes to look back:
What did I accomplish?
What could I have done better?
Where did I spend my time, and was it aligned with my priorities?
This simple exercise helps me identify patterns, celebrate progress, and spot opportunities for growth. Most importantly, it sets me up to start the next week with clarity and intention.
If you're not already doing this, give it a try. Your future self will thank you.
Do you have a weekly reflection routine? I’d love to hear what works for you.
