To Leo, the CEO Funding Team, and this incredible community,

First and foremost, I want to say thank you—deeply, tearfully, soulfully thank you—for what you’ve poured into us this week. You lit a fire under a dream that’s been brewing in my bones for decades.

I haven’t signed on yet—not because I’m not ALL IN, but because I’m standing in a season where even paying my phone bill feels like a stretch. I’m the proud mama of a U.S. Marine who has ascended from Private to Sergeant …who’s been stationed overseas for 3 years and a daughter I’m taking to college this weekend for her freshman year. I feel stretched thin—but also fiercely called to pursue this path.

I believe in what you’ve built. I believe in what you’re building inside us. And I believe I’m meant to be part of this. My mission, Pathfinder Lamb, is a peace-powered movement to help overwhelmed women find purpose again—rooted in neuroscience, faith, and resilience. I’ve been building it one prayer, one step, one borrowed laptop at a time.

I don’t know how yet, but I trust that somehow, some way, I’ll find a path to join this next chapter. And when I do—I’ll be the most energetic, grateful, and devoted CEO student you’ve ever seen.
