My Figures Accounting

Hey guys I have put in multiple support requests for your accounting software with no response. Wondering if you'd help answer a few questions.

I wanted to get my entire years information for my numbers in there but it only goes back to June. Can someone on the team assist me with this? I also want to send people as affiliates for the accounting, but I want to make sure I send them somewhere they can get support questions answered.
