One of our members asked a really good question today. He asked why when adding the sacred credit build products when everything reports the credit score drops. Simply put, credit age is 15% of your score. When adding new products your score will originally drop, but by following the 4x4 rule minimum you are structuring your report the way the banks LIKE to see it to fund. After 2-3 payments on time, your score will rebound but your CREDIT PROFILE will be much stronger. Also a quick fix is adding an Authorized user Tradeline for a score boost which I always recommend right before funding. See you guys on Mindset Mondays tomorrow !!

Step 1: Ensure credit is over 700 Step 2 : Open high yield Savings account w/ $500 let sit for 30 days Step 3 : Lock TU and EQ Step 4 : Call for CLI and increase you income by 20% when you apply Step 5 : You should get approved!
