I have missed several months since signing up due to some unexpected medical necessities for both my husband and myself, but better late than never!
I love to be active outside and really appreciate the beauty of nature. I also love cooking and as I have several autoimmune issues, I have become quite the gluten free/dairy free cook and baker!
I feel so sad for our healthcare system (or lack thereof) and it just breaks my heart when people cannot get answers they need and want so desperately to be heard, so this is why I choose to provide Functional Medicine in my practice💪
