Why I use black seed oil + oregano oil for gut health & belly fat

My Morning Gut Reset Shot ☕️
Every morning when I wake up:
• 3 drops oregano oil
• 7 drops black seed oil
• water
I chase it with:
• warm bone broth
• apple cider vinegar
This combo:
• wakes up digestion
• supports bile flow
• reduces bloat
• sets blood sugar and appetite for the day
This isn’t a cleanse.
It’s daily gut maintenance.
Consistency > extremes.
