A genuine thank you to everyone who joined live.

It is not a small thing to gather and speak about love, not sentimentally, but as reality. To question fear. To examine separation. To allow your worldview to be gently destabilised in the name of truth. Thank you.

This first class laid the foundation for everything that follows.

We explored:

The movement from fear to love. Duality to non duality to pure non duality. The belief in separation as the root of suffering. Why this is not about improving the dream, but questioning the thought system that made it. Radical forgiveness as a practical path, and the four step process:

Make the subconscious conscious
Connect to the present moment
Practice radical forgiveness
Live awake in the dream

We worked directly with the inquiry:

Am I here? Try to stop existing.

And explored:

Can you find a boundary to your existence? Is there “separation” in direct experience? Is fear present in existence itself?
