I started Full-Time Editor in late 2024 And back then, it was more of an "educated guess" of what would actually help editors I looked back at my journey Asked myself what would help me And built that sort of version of a program But for the whole 2025, I was speaking to editors working towards $5K/month... Every. Single. Day. Reviewing their edits Helping them write price raise messages Seeing where they're struggling with clients, editing & workflow Good news? We've been able to get a fair few editors to $5K... Bad news? Earlier this year, I realized that the program can be so so so much better Unfortunately (for me), that meant rebuilding the whole thing 😭 Three months of blood, sweat, and tears later...
