Say hello, short version
You don't need to tell your story to be here. If you want to say hello, give us three things:
• What we should call you.
• Where you are and how you train (or that you don't yet).
• One thing you're carrying right now. One line is plenty.
For example: "Mike, outside Philly. I lift three days a week and coach my kid's soccer team. Carrying: my dad's health, and I'm the one who's supposed to handle it."
When you reply to someone, say hello like you'd say it at the gym. Ask before you go deep. Reading quietly is fine too.

You're carrying a lot and saying very little about it. A room for men: health, marriage, kids, work, money. Train, talk, don't do it alone.
