If thereâs one thing people always ask me, itâs whether their dish is right or if thereâs anything they could improve.
With that in mind, I decided to create âRate Your Plate.â
The idea is to post a photo of a meal you made today or this week and ask a question, if youâd like.
It can be breakfast, a snack, lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack.
The goal is to motivate, encourage, and inspire us, as well as to learn some tips for making our meals more nutritious and appetizing.
To start, hereâs a photo of my lunch today. I had white rice, lentils, cooked broccoli and squash, and a pork chop that I grilled in the air fryer. There was also a salad as a starter that I forgot to take a picture of. What do you think of the dish?
