Welcome to the Go Raw Club Community. I'm so happy you're ready to take ownership of your health and explore a more natural way of eating. Discovering the raw/fruitarian lifestyle changed my life, and I know it will change yours too! I have cleared my skin, completely healed my digestion, my sinus issues, chronic fatigue + much more. It can be a very lonely journey once you start embracing a raw food lifestyle, so this community is here to help you feel supported, understood, and motivated to stick with it. If you don't already know what to expect from raw foods, you're in for a treat! Some of the many benefits are age reversal, clear skin, improved digestion, increased energy and vitality, clearer thinking, more happiness, self-confidence, weight loss and hydration at a cellular level. Juice is one of the best ways to start your day! It provides immediate fuel to your cells and gently wakes up and flushes your digestive system. Your first meal of the day should always be the lightest…not the heaviest! You are breaking your overnight fast, hence why it’s called break-fast.
