Staying Raw on Vacation
Going away doesnโ€™t have to mean taking a vacation from your health. One thing Iโ€™ve learned is that wellness isnโ€™t about perfection. Itโ€™s about preparation. While traveling through Louisiana, I found a Whole Foods in Baton Rouge because I knew I could count on the salad bar for a fresh, nourishing raw meal. ๐Ÿฅ— Choosing foods that make me feel energized isnโ€™t a restriction. Itโ€™s an act of self-respect. Every healthy choice is another win for the life Iโ€™m creating. Your environment may change, but your commitment to yourself doesnโ€™t have to. ๐ŸŒฑ Stay rooted, wherever you go.

I went back for another smoothie and this time I tried Dragon Infusion. It has organic dragonfruit, pineapple, mango, coconut water, sea moss gel, and vegan coconut swirl. ๐Ÿ˜†
