Hi Everyone, The biggest question I get, and arguably the most important one from Landlords, is how do you screen tenants? This Tenant Screening Checklist will help you gather all the information you will need to start your screening process. Some people will use this as a pre-screening questionnaire, others use it following a showing to verify the type of tenant they met and liked.
