Welcome!
Welcome to From Yards to Pardons. If you’re here, you’re probably carrying something heavy. Maybe you love a woman behind bars.Maybe your family is going through incarceration.Maybe release day is coming… and you’re not sure if it’s hope or fear you feel. I get it — because I lived it. I know what it’s like to be trapped in addiction, caught in the cycle, and facing the reality of re-entry with nothing but pressure and expectations. I also know what it takes to break that cycle and stay free. This space is different. No judgment. No pretending. No surface-level advice. We’re here to talk about the real stuff:– How to survive re-entry without going back– How to support someone inside without losing yourself– How to rebuild trust, structure, and purpose– How to stay clean when life hits hard If you’re here, you belong here. Drop a comment and introduce yourself — where you’re at, what you’re facing, or what you need most right now. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
Certificate of Rehabilitation
Did you know that California has a relief process for felons that you can apply for after 7 years of being released from custody, off of probation/parole that you can apply for?. If granted it automatically serves as a application for pardon from the governor, two birds one stone this is called Certificate Of Rehabilitation and is a powerful tool to restoring your life, and widening access to employment, housing and constitutional barriers.inquire within for more info
New Here
Hello! I tried to search for ReEntry or homelessness within here and found this group. Eventually I want to make my own classroom unless we can do things within here and build this up to help individuals. These are the individuals that I love to help. I am 49 and been wanting to help since I was 18. My husband is total opposite of me meaning he is a recovering addict, felon, in/out of jail prison sober livings rehabs. I don’t smoke, drink, drugs etc. our story is too long to post but hopefully I can get insight on people on how they are when being active or recovering and jail/prison etc. I created a workbook for ReEntry. It doesn’t focus on sobriety and relapse. I wanted to create and teach success into people’s lives and teach them to save money and guide them down the right path if they choose to listen and want the change. 🙏🏻💛
