Feeling day 5 workout. Loved it. My first eight push-ups were pretty good. After that I was glad I wasn’t in the gym. I was at home and I was still doing a push-up so to speak slowly coming down with my whole body weight and pushing up more like the worm, but I will definitely get stronger and I didn’t skip it and I know we’re way past day five but that’s where I’m at 🎉👏it was also a beautiful morning to start my morning out with a walk before the workout
