I didn’t get to see the last call because I don’t have Instagram and when I had it before I found it extremely hard to maneuver and figure out, but maybe I will download it today or tomorrow and watch it
Week 2 day 1 (behind but not giving up)
I totally was like what “three sets this week” thank goodness it was three sets only 10 reps but I definitely had to laugh at myself and say “wow you have become a little lazy” and thank you to this group because no lie I would’ve stopped at two sets but I’m like then I can’t post on Facebook and make myself feel good and now I get to put it on my “I love it when” list and my miracles for today I know it’s just for me, but I’m a checklist kind of girl so that helps …also great demonstration of the emotion code with beth last night Ive had the book and the pendulum and my magnet, hoping to get to it this weekend. I had training for it years ago, but never really followed through. 👏👏👏❤️❤️😎☀️
Week 2 day 1 (behind but not giving up)
Good Morning everyone
Feeling day 5 workout. Loved it. My first eight push-ups were pretty good. After that I was glad I wasn’t in the gym. I was at home and I was still doing a push-up so to speak slowly coming down with my whole body weight and pushing up more like the worm, but I will definitely get stronger and I didn’t skip it and I know we’re way past day five but that’s where I’m at 🎉👏it was also a beautiful morning to start my morning out with a walk before the workout
Day one home work out
Since life is chaotic and unpredictable, I like that I can take this at my own pace. I’ve had a super great week listening to the videos, and applying what I have learned, but today was the first day of my workouts. I’m not gonna lie. I liked that a lot of it was laying on the floor and it was only 30 minutes, lol but I do feel it in my glutes.
