Week 2 day 1 (behind but not giving up)
I totally was like what “three sets this week” thank goodness it was three sets only 10 reps but I definitely had to laugh at myself and say “wow you have become a little lazy” and thank you to this group because no lie I would’ve stopped at two sets but I’m like then I can’t post on Facebook and make myself feel good and now I get to put it on my “I love it when” list and my miracles for today I know it’s just for me, but I’m a checklist kind of girl so that helps …also great demonstration of the emotion code with beth last night Ive had the book and the pendulum and my magnet, hoping to get to it this weekend. I had training for it years ago, but never really followed through. 👏👏👏❤️❤️😎☀️
