Welcome!
Hi everyone, and welcome! I created this space to support families navigating autism by sharing practical strategies, resources, and real-life experiences in a way that feels approachable and helpful. I hold a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis with a distinction in Autism, and I’m passionate about advocating for families and making evidence-informed information more accessible. At the same time, it’s important to stay within ethical boundaries. To keep this space supportive and responsible, I do not provide individualized behavior plans or clinical intervention advice. For personalized support, please consult a licensed professional (e.g., BCBA). What I do encourage is open discussion, shared experiences, and general strategies that may help others in similar situations. You’re not alone here. ♾️☺️ #NeurounitedNotNeurodivergent

Help Shape This Community: What Topics Do You Need Most?
As I continue building this space, my goal is to create courses that help families better understand autism in everyday life. Many parents and caregivers are navigating daily challenges without always having clear explanations for why certain behaviors or needs arise. This platform is designed to bring those pieces together. Each course provides insight into how autism may present, including sensory experiences, communication differences, and regulation, while also helping families understand what may be happening on a neurological level in a way that is approachable and practical. My goal is not just to provide information, but to help families feel more confident, informed, and supported so they can create environments that truly meet their child’s needs. You’re not expected to have all the answers. This space is here to help you understand, connect, and support in ways that feel realistic and meaningful. As a note, I share information within ethical guidelines and focus on general education and resources rather than individualized clinical advice or behavior plans. What topics would you find most helpful for upcoming courses?
