I’m Michelle, founder of UNAPOLOGETIC, a space for women ready to reclaim their voice, truth and full expression.
For the past two years I’ve been on a deep shamanic path of healing, remembrance and transformation. What began as spontaneous movements, vocal tones and intense physical releases became a journey of understanding the body, frequency and the power of sound to move what words cannot.
I’m a sound healer, somatic channeling practitioner, ceremony holder, medicine singer and sonic diagnostician. Through intuitive sound, frequency and deep presence, I feel into the body, locate where energy is stuck and tone directly to it.
My work blends voice activation, somatic healing, womb work, nervous system awareness, ceremony, truth work and energetic expression.
I believe your voice and womb are deeply connected, when one shuts down, so does the other.
This space is for women who are done shrinking, silencing themselves and abandoning their gifts.
