Where is the chaos hiding right now?
I’m so glad you’re here. Truly. Since this community is brand new, I’d love for you to take a look around the Classroom when you have a minute and check out The Case Clarity Method. You don’t have to sit down and “be productive” for three hours. Nobody here is pretending exhausted parents have that kind of magical free time just sitting in a drawer somewhere. Even if you only look at the course outline, the welcome page, or Module 1, I’d love to know what feels helpful, what feels confusing, and what you wish someone had explained to you sooner. For today’s discussion, let’s start simple: Where does most of your case chaos live right now? Is it: - Screenshots - Text messages - Emails - Court papers - School or medical records - Missed visits or schedule changes - Unanswered requests - Deadlines and appointments - Or the lovely “all of the above” situation nobody asked for You don’t need to share names, case numbers, private details, or anything that could identify your children. A simple “mine is mostly screenshots” or “I don’t even know where to start” is enough. This community isn’t about judging anyone’s mess. It’s about helping each other find the first piece of the pile without having to emotionally wrestle the entire pile at once.

Welcome to "From Chaos to Casefile".
If you found this community because your phone is full of screenshots, your paperwork has begun developing its own ecosystem, and you’re exhausted from trying to explain years of complicated history in one conversation—you’re in the right place. I created this community because I know what it feels like to have important facts buried beneath thousands of pages, messages, filings, appointments, and painful memories. I also know what it feels like to organize everything, hand it over, and still wonder whether anyone actually read it. I wasn’t born knowing how to build timelines, connect records, document incidents, or show a larger pattern. I learned because I was watching my family slip further away, and figuring it out became necessary. You shouldn’t have to invent the entire system alone. This community is here to help parents: - Turn scattered records into an organized casefile - Document events without reliving the entire case every time - Separate facts, reports, opinions, and unanswered questions - Build timelines another person can actually follow - Connect important statements to their supporting records - Track orders, services, requests, responses, and deadlines - Prepare clearer questions and messages - Feel less alone while doing work nobody ever prepared them for There are no required live calls or video meetings. You can learn privately, work at your own pace, and communicate through written posts and messages. You also don’t have to introduce yourself by explaining the worst thing that has ever happened to your family. If you’d like to say hello, you can simply share: - Your first name, nickname, or initials - Whether your casefile is mostly paper, digital, or currently “wherever I put it” - The one part of organizing it that feels hardest right now Please don’t post children’s full names, birth dates, addresses, school locations, case numbers, medical identification numbers, or unedited private records. Start with the course welcome page when you’re ready.
