At the start of the challenge, everyone chooses one project they want to focus on for the next 8 weeks. It can be anything that's meaningful to you. For example, my project this round is getting my podcast up and running. Once everyone has chosen their project, we create a WhatsApp group chat where we can hype each other up, share progress, celebrate wins, and stay accountable throughout the challenge. We'll also have three group calls: - Kick-off Call – Set your intention, share your project, and map out your next 8 weeks. - Midway Check-in Call – Reflect on what's working, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with your goals. - Final Celebration Call – Share what you've created, celebrate your progress, and reflect on what you've learned. To keep things simple and achievable, each week you'll commit to one key action that moves your project forward. The goal isn't perfection or working around the clock. It's about building momentum through small, consistent steps and having a group of people beside you while you do it. One project. Eight weeks. One meaningful action each week.
