Close your eyes and take several deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and let go of tension. 3. Visualize a bright light surrounding you, filling you with warmth and love. 4. Repeat the following affirmation: "I forgive myself for any mistakes I have made. I release myself from the burden of guilt and shame. I am worthy of love and forgiveness." 5. Sit in silence for a few moments, allowing these words to sink in and permeate your being. 6. When you are ready, open your eyes and carry this sense of forgiveness and wholeness with you throughout your day. And repeat it as often as you need to!! Today we’re taking steps toward wholeness!
