I've used several different methods when it comes to tracking my fertility and knowing when the "time is right" 😉. The AO Scan is proving to be a useful tool in this. In the days leading up to ovulation (the fertility window) the conception vessel kept coming up in my EZ Scans, and the day before ovulation Luteinizing Hormone (LH) came up, which is the hormone that increases just before ovulation and triggers the ovaries to ovulate.
