Food diary idea
I got the idea today to start keeping a food diary again and to check in with it daily. If I don’t feel well after eating something, I can look back at what I ate the day before and avoid repeating that food. The intention behind this is to stay connected to my body and to make sure I’m only putting in what it truly needs and what supports my health, energy, and well-being.
I feel this would help me to
