Introduction
Hi beautiful souls 🌟 My name is Sage, and I’m so grateful to be here in this high-vibe space. I’m currently on a deep healing and soul-expansion journey, guided by the power of vibration, intention, and frequency medicine. I was intuitively drawn to this group because I truly believe frequency is the language of the soul. I work with subconscious reprogramming, chakra activations, meditations, affirmations, and intuitive sound healing, and I love connecting with others who are on the path of inner awakening and truth. Food diary idea
I got the idea today to start keeping a food diary again and to check in with it daily. If I don’t feel well after eating something, I can look back at what I ate the day before and avoid repeating that food. The intention behind this is to stay connected to my body and to make sure I’m only putting in what it truly needs and what supports my health, energy, and well-being. I feel this would help me to Listening to my body’s wisdom, Learn from my body in real-time,Stay accountable to my higher self, Bring consciousness into your food choices,Create a bridge between mind body spirit around nourishment.
