Bonjour au French Cafe!
A little bit about me: American by birth, Reunionnaise au coeur. I have studied and loved the French language for over ten years now, beginning in high school French. At sixteen, I was an exchange student to Reunion Island, the most beautiful region of France, in my biased opinion, and thus my love for travel and other cultures really took off. I majored in French and history at the University of Nebraska Omaha, and during that time studied abroad at the University of Bologna in Italy (thus my love for great espresso began) and the University Laval in Quebec, Canada, for an intensive French language program. I am so grateful for all my experiences, and currently teach high school French 1-4 in my local community. Here I am attempting to build a likeminded community of travelers and language lovers to share and bond over our experiences.
