Fellow Community Builders! Do we have anyone in the room who has hired Community Manager/ Operator for your Community? (OR know anyone who has done so) I am keen to know - - How do you structure / SOPize them to run the community independently - What kind of payment/ remuneration you pay for that job - Do's and Don't/ things to be careful etc - for this ... - Anything else in your opinion - which you would like to call out ...
