anxiety
I used to be paralyzed by anxiety.
I was stuck in a freeze mode.
My nervous system didn’t feel safe.
I was stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
Just surviving, working my unfulfilling job.
I had all these ideas/dreams that I wanted to realize.
Yet, I could never execute on any of them.
For years, I had this internal voice that would tell me to execute these ideas.
Yet, I ignored these because I didn’t feel safe to act.
I felt like there was a force that was pulling me from taking action.
I was trapped in my mind and the anxiety was always there.
My mind trying to calculate every situation so I could feel safe.
I remained stuck until I actually started to calm myself.
The big way I calmed myself was by starting to meditate.
As I started to meditate these anxieties started to no longer take a hold over me.
If you feel anxiety, the first step is to meditate.
Do something different and get a different result.
keep doing the same and receive the same.
Start meditating in the morning for a few minutes and step into that new version of you
